Rules for the Forums

Hi everyone, Gloomfang here! Just wanted to establish the usual ground rules for posting on these brand-new forums. Please abide by these rules and I'm sure we'll all have a great time together.

* As usual, please be courteous. I'd like to make sure that our site is a place where players can express themselves creatively and be accepted for who they are. No inflammatory or prejudicial posts please.

* Let's keep the language PG-13 or better. I know some folks balk at this, citing free speech and whatnot, but let's face it: every site has its rules and this is one for this site. I don't currently have a language filter in place and I'd rather not turn it on; for now, I'll trust you.

* The general discussion forum is for anything you may have on your mind within reason; on other forums, please keep the discussion on-topic, i.e. related to the clan. If you make a mistake and post on the wrong forum, no problem; I'll try to see that the thread is moved to the appropriate place.

* Please avoid topics that get everyone's temper up. Controversy of a real-life nature is not welcome here. We're here for the werewolves, not for the flame wars. As the owner of these boards, I reserve the right to ban and delete threads if offenses continue. However, there is good news if you really want to discuss issues outside of Bitefight that you feel strongly about: a personal message system is available here, so hopefully that should do the trick. However, if I get complaints about harassment, there may still be banning involved. Let's keep it friendly.

That should cover it, I think. As the site evolves, we can take it from there. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
